This Vegan Strawberry Shortcake ice cream combines fresh strawberries with our tried and true vegan ice cream base of house-made cashew milk, coconut cream, sugar & sunflower oil. 

Next, we whip up a batch of vegan shortbread cookies that are eerily similar to that crumbly fruity & salty sweet coating on the outside of the beloved ice cream novelty. Each scoop of Vegan Strawberry Shortcake is ultra-creamy and loaded with cookie pieces!
