Vegan Strawberry Pop Tart

Description:

First, we make our classic Vegan Strawberry ice cream using local & organic strawberries from Watsonia Farms. We add these strawberries into our vegan ice cream base of coconut cream, cashews & sunflower oil. For a real BANG, we fold in chunks of vegan strawberry pop tarts throughout the ice cream. Our house-made pop tarts are cleverly crafted by @allpurposepippa. Pure Strawberry jam is smothered between two rectangular pie crusts. Fresh out of the oven, these flaky tarts get smothered in a healthy dose of vegan glaze and a dash of all-natural sprinkles.
