Vegan Salted Caramel Stracciatella

Description:

To start, we create a decadent Salted Caramel ice cream by melting sugar to make fresh caramel in house. This caramel gets blended into our vegan ice cream base of just coconut cream, cashews, avocado oil and (extra) local Bulls Bay Saltworks sea salt.

Next up, we melt together 60% chocolate, coconut oil and more local sea salt, then spread thin to harden. We break these sheets of chocolate into fine shards which get folded throughout the Salted Caramel ice cream for a crunchy bite.

‘Stracciatella’ is a classic Italian ice cream style made by mixing fine shards of chocolate throughout, and we think you’ll love our spin on it! Salty & sweet flavors with soft, yet crunchy textures, we can’t get enough of this one!
