Vegan Peppermint Bark

Description:

We create a Peppermint ice cream by adding organic peppermint extract to our vegan ice cream base of just organic coconut cream, cashews, organic avocado oil, cane sugar and sea salt. Next, to jingle it up, our production team whips up tray after tray of our famous house-made peppermint bark; layering smooth and creamy white chocolate over dark chocolate that has all been infused with organic peppermint extract. The peppermint bark gets topped with crushed, all-natural candy canes before being chopped into bite sized pieces and sprinkled throughout the ice cream. Deck the halls, y’all!
