Vegan Matcha Macaroon

Description

We make a beautiful vegan ice cream by blending culinary-grade organic matcha into our base of organic coconut cream, cashews and sunflower oil. From there, we fold in soft and dense house-made coconut macaroons.These macaroons are rich in coconut and melt in your mouth with a cookie dough consistency.
