Introducing our first CASHEW FREE vegan ice cream! To replace the cashews, we create a house-made oat milk using Bob’s Red Mill gluten free old fashioned rolled oats which we blend directly into our base of just organic coconut cream, sunflower oil and Bulls Bay Saltworks sea salt. The result is a velvety smooth, creamy ice cream that is vegan and cashew free! Brown sugar replaces traditional cane sugar to create a deep & rich molasses flavor which is enhanced with a dash of Madagascar Bourbon vanilla. We then fold in chunks of the most deliciously soft & chewy house-made gluten free oatmeal chocolate chip cookies which star Cocoa Academic 60% chocolate chips. This oat milk ice cream is as CREAMY as it gets… we bet you won’t believe that it’s 100% vegan, cashew free & gluten free!
