Vegan Bourbon Gingerbread Cookie Dough

We’ve taken the perfect cozy winter evening of watching Hallmark Christmas movies, making gingerbread cookies, sipping spiked eggnog- and turned it into an ice cream flavor! 

For this flavor, we added Peg Leg Porker Bourbon Whiskey to our vegan vanilla ice cream base. Pitmaster and owner of Peg Leg Porker, Carey Bringle, is the Uncle of our Kitchen Manager, Maggie, so this was an exciting flavor to bring to life in the Off Track kitchen! 

Next, we fold in chunks of homemade gingerbread cookie dough packed with all of those warm familiar spices! You’ll take one bite, and get the sudden urge to blast Mariah Carey’s Christmas album…Don’t ask us why, it’s just science.

Finally, we sprinkle in naturally colored red & green sprinkles for an extra holiday flair!
