For this flavor, we partnered with our favorite Springbok Coffee Roasters to create this decadent, next-level coffee ice cream. We use smooth Springbok cold brew, made from Columbian Finca La Cascada coffee beans, to make a deep & rich coffee ice cream. We then fold in pieces of house-made chocolate chip cookies! Our chocolate chip cookies are made from scratch with the very best Cocoa Academic chocolate chips, browned butter and a dash of espresso powder.
