Sea Salt Caramel

Description:

We start by melting down pure cane sugar until it turns into a rich, golden caramel. We blend this house-made caramel into our ice cream base of just Lowcountry Creamery milk, cream, & Wishbone Heritage Farms egg yolks. We finish it off with a healthy pinch of Bulls Bay Saltworks sea salt and a dash of vanilla to create the creamiest & richest salty caramel ice cream there ever was.
