We start with our signature ice cream base of just Lowcountry Creamery milk, farm fresh cream, and Wishbone Heritage Farms egg yolks. Then we blend in pure organic maple syrup and Bulls Bay Saltworks sea salt to create a creamy and salted maple ice cream. The maple brings a deep, rich sweetness while the salt makes this flavor pop!

Next, our friends at Bake Lab made us 115 pounds (!!!) of their mouthwatering, made-from-scratch cinnamon rolls! We chop these cinnamon rolls into bite sized chunks and fold them generously throughout our salted maple ice cream. Bake Lab’s cinnamon rolls are soft, buttery, and packed with brown sugar and cinnamon.

What better greeting to fall than gooey cinnamon rolls mixed with salty maple ice cream?!
