Eggnog – the American holiday classic.. We make ours with a shot of Ginger-infused Bourbon Whiskey and a shot of Rip-Track Bourbon Whiskey – both handcrafted by North Charleston’s own Virgil Kaine. Made with fresh heirloom ginger from Spade & Clover Gardens, the Ginger-infused Bourbon offers our Eggnog ice cream base tasting notes of ginger & vanilla while the Rip-Track Bourbon rounds it out with a more traditional bourbon flavor. We top off our holiday concoction with a sprinkle of nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves. But we don’t stop there, what are the holidays without cookies? We fold in house-made gingerbread cookies with the perfect amount of snap. Eggnog & gingerbread cookie ice cream, Off Track style…. Happy Holidays!!
