We steep freshly harvested spearmint leaves from Wishbone Heritage Farms into our ice cream base to release all of their refreshingly sweet mint flavor. To finish it off, we mix in heaps of Videri’s bean-to-bar 70% Dark Chocolate chips. With its stunningly natural green hue coming purely from the mint leaves, our Fresh Mint Chip is a showstopper.
