Brown Butter Pecan

Description:

In true Off Track form, this isn’t your standard butter pecan ice cream. First, we create a lucious house-made pecan milk using local pecans from Brickyard Point Farms near Beaufort, SC. Next up, we make brown butter over our skillet to develop that rich and toasted dimension. Both pecan milk and brown butter get added to our ice cream base. Although this brown butter pecan milk ice cream is dreamy enough on its own, we don’t stop there! We make salty, buttery roasted pecans (coming locally from Brickyard Point Farms) and fold those perfectly crunchy pecans into our brown butter pecan milk ice cream.
