We start out with our traditional ice cream base and add over 100 lbs of Savannah Bee Co Charleston Honey- a local wildflower honey. Next, we add a little extra hit of Bulls Bay Saltworks sea salt to balance the flavors perfectly. 

Finally, the beautiful swirl weaving through each and every scoop is our favorite Sakhar Jams Blackberry Lemon jam. The combination of this bright and fruity jam with the smooth and luscious honey ice cream is SCREAMING springtime to us!
