To create this beautiful flavor, we blend blueberries and a squeeze of organic lemon into our ice cream base of just farm fresh cream, Lowcountry Creamery milk, Wishbone Heritage Farms egg yolks, cane sugar and Bulls Bay Saltworks sea salt producing a brilliantly colored, bright, and refreshing blueberry ice cream. 

Next, our pastry chef Sutton creates a creamy and tart house-made lemon bar. These bars have a bright, acidic, and creamy lemon flavor with a rich, soft, and slightly crumbly crust. We chop these lemon bars up into bite-size pieces and fold it generously throughout our blueberry ice cream! 

Tart and bright, yet creamy and refreshing!
