We make a beautifully green vegan ice cream by blending culinary-grade organic matcha into our base of organic coconut cream, cashews and organic avocado oil. This matcha ice cream has a bold flavor that is earthy and grassy with a distinct umami richness and a subtle lingering sweetness.

The beautiful red swirl weaving through every scoop is our favorite strawberry jam from our good friends Sakhar Jams. The combination of this bright and fruity jam with the savory matcha ice cream has us singing with the birds!
