Vegan Fluffernutter Blondie

We melt all-natural My Dandies marshmallows and peanut oil into our vegan ice cream base of coconut cream and house-made cashew milk. This peanutty marshmallow vegan ice cream is incredibly delicious on its own, but you know we don’t stop there! Our baker, Pippa, developed Vegan Peanut Butter Blondies and (wo)man, they slap. We chop these PB Blondies into bite-sized chunks and fold them into our Vegan Fluffernutter ice cream. Next up – we create a Peanut Butter Drizzle which gets ribboned throughout the ice cream.
