Our first refined-sugar free ice cream! In collaboration with Red Clay Hot Sauce, we add their Barrel Aged Southern Honey into our ice cream base of just milk, cream, egg yolks & sea salt. Red Clay’s Southern Honey is susbainably-sourced, raw, unfiltered wildflower honey. Its time spent in bourbon barrels gives this honey a unique, woodsy funk that’s richly complex and absolutely delicious!
