Vegan Vanilla Bean Butterscotch
Description:
To create our vegan vanilla bean ice cream base, we source whole vanilla beans from the island of Madagascar. These beans are finely ground and churned into our vegan ice cream base to infuse that classically rich, sweet and creamy vanilla flavor.
To take this OG flavor up a notch, we swirl in ribbons upon ribbons of housemade vegan butterscotch sauce made by our pastry chef, Sutton. Made from brown sugar and coconut cream, our butterscotch offers a slightly salted and dark caramel flavor, which is beautifully complemented by the complex, fragrant notes of our vegan vanilla bean ice cream.
