Our baker Pippa Allen (who recently had these cookies featured by @nytcooking) developed a vegan version of Julia Moskin‘s Salted Tahini Chocolate Chip cookies specially for our ice cream. Picture a toastier, nuttier version of the best chocolate chip cookie you’ve ever had – insane. For a harmonious vibe, we use Smoked Sea Salt in these cookies too.
