Vegan Sea Salt Caramel
It took us over 40 attempts to finally perfect this flavor! We wanted to pack as much house-made caramel into our vegan ice cream as possible while still maintaining its creamy consistency and texture. We melt pure cane sugar over the stove until it turns into a rich, golden caramel and then blend this caramel into our vegan ice cream base. We finish it off with a dash of vanilla and a healthy pinch of Bull’s Bay Saltworks Sea Salt.
