Vegan Nutella Babka
Introducing our second winter flavor release, in collaboration with Bodega Charleston: VEGAN NUTELLA BABKA!! For this flavor, we created a Chocolate Hazelnut Vegan Ice Cream using local Cocoa Academic chocolate and pure hazelnut oil. Bodega Chef, Alec Gropman, developed an amazing Vegan Chocolate Babka which he claims is his grandmother’s famous recipe, but we haven’t been able to fact check that one..Regardless, it’s the best babka we’ve ever tasted! We fold chunks of this Bodega Babka into our Vegan Chocolate Hazelnut ice cream.
