Vegan Golden Milk Snickderdoodle Cookie Dough
This bright flavor is the literal ice cream version of a warm golden milk latte with a soft cookie on the side. Packed with health benefits, traditional golden milk is a blend of hot milk, ground turmeric, and a few other spices. Our vegan ice cream base, coconut and cashew milk, makes for the perfect golden milk base. From here, we blend a heap of ground turmeric and just a bit of cinnamon, ginger, peppercorn & clove into the mix. The turmeric gives a warm, sweet yet savory, and slightly spicy presence to our vegan ice cream. Onto the cookie dough! You already know Pippa Allen makes our uber popular vegan snickerdoodles. Instead of baking, she rolls the cookie dough out into sheets and chops it into bite sized pieces. These cookie dough chunks get tossed in cinnamon sugar then folded into our creamy and colorful turmeric ice cream.
