Vegan Chocolate S’mores

Description:

To start, we make our rich vegan chocolate ice cream base using 100% Videri chocolate along with the rest of the usual suspects – cashews, organic coconut cream, cane sugar and local Bulls Bay Saltworks sea salt.

Next, our pastry chef concocts the most delectable vegan s’mores bars. These bars perfectly capture the classic campfire treat and feature a graham cracker base, a gooey layer of toasted Dandies marshmallows, and melted dark chocolate on top. These little beauties get chopped into bite sized pieces and mixed into our chocolate ice cream.
