Vegan Caramel Apple Fritter
We are so stoked to highlight another seasonal fresh fruit with the second new flavor of our fall release series: VEGAN CARAMEL APPLE FRITTER!!
This one gives us serious fall festival nostalgia- think apple pie, fresh caramel candy apples, and funnel cake all rolled into one! We start with our classic Vegan Vanilla Bean ice cream, which is made with crushed Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla beans to deliver a velvety richness with sweet top notes. Next, we swirl in our decadent house-made vegan caramel ribbon. And finally- to introduce the star ingredient that we’ve all been waiting for- we fold in heaping chunks of Maggie’s HoMeMaDe APPLE FRITTERS!!! Maggie makes these vegan fritters here in our kitchen by chopping fresh granny smith apples and folding them inside her made-from-scratch, vegan pastry batter. She scoops the batter into fritter form and fries them up until they become perfectly crispy on the outside and softly sweet on the inside. Finally, we toss these fritters in a house-made glaze, and they are ready to be folded throughout our Vegan Vanilla Bean ice cream. VEGAN CARAMEL APPLE FRITTER- Now scooping!
