We blend fresh raspberry puree directly into our ice cream base of Lowcountry Creamery milk, cream & Wishbone Heritage Farms egg yolks to achieve a brilliantly sweet and tart berry ice cream. Our house-made fudge is a true labor of love. Crafted with simple, clean ingredients: chocolate, cream, milk and butter, our fudge ingredients are slowly combined together, boiled, stirred, and set. We chop our decadently rich fudge into bite-sized pieces and fold throughout our vibrant raspberry ice cream. As the weather warms, this new flavor has us dreaming of summertime bliss!
