Pistachio Turtle

Description:

First, we source the freshest pistachio butter from Fiddyment Farms created from 100% American grown pistachios. We blend this lush, colorful paste into our ice cream base to create a creamy and nutty pistachio ice cream. We add an extra dash of Bulls Bay Saltworks Sea Salt to bring forth and enhance that classic, roasted pistachio flavor. Naturally green from the freshest, premium pistachios, this ice cream is real, and it’s spectacular!

To take this flavor to the next level, our pastry chef Sutton created the most delicious pistachio turtle candies which get chopped up and folded throughout. These turtles are a rich, buttery and slightly salted treat featuring crunchy roasted pistachios, a gooey caramel center, and a decadent chocolate exterior. They are the perfect balance of sweet and savory!
