Get ready for some warm-weather vibes up in your mouth. We created this flavor in collaboration with Apis Mercantile and use their fabulous Orange Blossom Honey to both sweeten and flavor our ice cream base. Apis Mercantile Orange Blossom Honey is a mono-floral honey meaning the honeybees have collected nectar from predominantly one source: orange blossoms. This beautiful artisanal honey gives off a citrus bite with a floral finish. While our ice cream sings of honey and orange notes, our house-made lavender shortbread cookies are generously folded throughout. Our baker, Pippa Allen, makes our shortbread cookies from scratch and adds a heaping amount of organic French Lavender to the dough. These buttery shortbread cookies burst with floral notes of delicate lavender.
