Dirty Chai Cake

Description:

To paint this award-winning masterpiece into an ice cream flavor, we mix a special chai spice blend into our salted brown butter ice cream base of just farm fresh cream, Lowcountry Creamery milk, Wishbone Heritage Farms egg yolks, cane sugar, brown butter and Bulls Bay Saltworks sea salt producing a slightly salted, rich and spicy chai ice cream. 

Next, our pastry chef creates a Dirty Chai Cake made with a combination of the same chai spice blend and espresso. We top the cake with a thick layer of vanilla buttercream frosting and chop it up into bite-size pieces that are folded generously throughout our ice cream!
