We like to think of this flavor as a vacation in your mouth! To create our local take on this Caribbean classic, we first twist our ice cream base by adding in award-winning Striped Spiced Rum from North Charleston’s Striped Pig Distillery, butter, and vanilla to create a boldly tropical foundation. We finish this flavor off by tossing in ample hunks of our rich, house-made Rum Cake.
