We decided to kick off this year’s Fall Flavor Series with a fan-favorite classic before we shower in our new creations. Welcome back BUTTER PECAN! Like most of our flavors, we go off track from the standard butter pecan ice cream. We source our pecans fresh and locally from Brickyard Point Farms in Lady’s Island, South Carolina. First, we create a creamy house-made pecan milk and add it to our brown butter ice cream base. To finish it off, our Head of Pastry, Maggie, roasts our fresh pecans to the perfectly salty, buttery, crunchy consistency. These roasted pecans get folded throughout our pecan-milk brown-butter ice cream. Butter Pecan Ice Cream – Now Scooping!
