Butter Pecan Praline

Description:

We decided to take this classic flavor a bit Off Track – First we create a house-made pecan milk using local pecans. This pecan milk gets combined into our brown butter ice cream base adding a beautiful nutty dimension to the smooth ice cream. We then fold in a generous amount of salty, roasted local pecans that are coated in our soft, house-made praline. We source our pecans from Brickyard Point Farm in Lady’s Island, South Carolina..take our word for it – their pecans are major. Enjoy!
