This new flavor stars Charleston Distilling Vesey’s Bourbon which is aged for over four years in White American Oak barrels. To create a more mellow bourbon, Charleston Distilling uses winter wheat as the secondary grain instead of the traditional rye. Vesey’s Bourbon lends notes of caramel, dried fruit, pepper, and a robust oakiness to our milky ice cream base. We then fold in heaps of our house-made honeycomb candy: crunchy & chewy while simultaneously oozing gooey caramel ribbons throughout every scoop!
